Monument in centre of Acle,a lampost with various plaques attached two of which give distances. The monument was erected for Queen Victoria's Silver Jubilee (1837-1887), improved in 1980 (for Queen Elizabeth II's Silver Jubilee). There's also a plaque celebrating the Acle bypass which opened 14 March 1989 and making life quieter for these villagers.
